If you have similar queries about any aspect of your Domestic Waste Water Treatment Plant, plant please call one of our dedicated service technicians who will be happy to advise you.
A light/ alarm has began flashing / sounding on my Waste Water Treatment Plant. Is this a problem?
Normally an alarm/ beacon flashing or tripped switch on your fuse board is an indication of a problem with your WWTP. These can vary from a simple conversation over the phone to a callout where the problem is identified and rectified by one of our Technical support staff. Why not call us to discuss any queries you have.
How often should I get my treatment plant serviced and desludged?
Servicing and desludging are two separate disciplines but in a situation where you initially encounter a problem, both can be carried out simultaneously. A WWTP problem normally results in flooding of your system, therefore a service callout may result in unnecessary charges and a return call if components cannot be reached due to flooding. It is always better to talk to one of our service Technicians who can advise on service frequencies and desludging requirements.
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year across Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, Kildare & all of Ireland to ensure that you are always covered when domestic, commercial and industrial drainage problems arise.
