I just wanted to let you know that I had one of your plumbers with me today in Limerick, Colm. He was absolutely brilliant. I’ve had two plumbers look at my toilet in my ensuite which hasn’t been working for over 6 months. One plumber told me he had to rip up my bathroom floor and maybe the floor in my bedroom but Colm assured me from the minute he met me that wasn’t going to happen. He rang me before he arrived to let me know he was on his way, he took his boots off at the door without me saying anything, he was brilliant with my 2 year old and when he couldn’t fix the problem yesterday because of the weather he promised me he would be back to me today. He rang me twice today to keep me updated on the time he would arrive so I wouldn’t be waiting around. I have never come across a trade person like him. He was clean, tidy and fixed the problem that 2 plumbers previously couldn’t do. He is a major asset to Dyno-Rod and if I ever have any drain problems again I’ll go straight to Dyno-Rod and ask for him. I’ve told family already about your services. Thanks Dyno-Rod.

Not often that I’d feel that a service is deserving of a follow up but I really am delighted with service from David this morning. We’ve had a drain blocking up and I keep putting it on the long finger. Rang Dyno-Rod last night expecting a call out sometime next week and was told someone would be out mid morning. 10.30 on Saturday phone rang. David said he be there in 10 minutes. Of all the trades I’ve had in the house over the last he he was by far the most polite, friendly and professional we’ve had. He even stopped to play wit our Harrydog on the way in!
Straight down to business, sorted out the blockage in less than twenty minutes, pulled out the left over builders rubble tat was causing it and sorted! He followed it up with a CCTV and I now finally know how our drains are laid out.
Service was 100% and David was simply fantastic.

My name is David and I’m just sending a short email to say a huge thank you to your team and in particular Peter Byrne who attended to a blockage in my home last night.
I am sure that only too often you receive complaints via email and in saying that I wish to convey my thanks for the service provided.
It is not easy to allow a complete stranger to come in and take over your home, but Peter did so in a professional, efficient and most importantly, clean manner.
My home is newly renovated from top to bottom so I was quite worried with all the machinery being brought in and pipes hitting off the white walls.
Peter attended to the drains as best he could and after almost 1 hour of work he cleared the blockage – I am so grateful to him for doing this. He cleaned up after himself and apart from the expected smell, the house was left in the same condition as he found it.

Your technician Brian came to assess a problem with a smelly shower drain. He quickly figured out a likely cause but was careful to rule out more serious problems. He recommended a simple fix which worked and solved a problem that 2 other people were unable to fix. He was prompt, professional and good natured. I recently had DynoRod call to a renovation job I am carrying out in Castletownbere, the service they provided on the day was excellent. More important that anything else was the two service engineers who carried out the service, Brien and John. They carried out a thorough survey of the site and nothing was a problem for them in regards to clearing drains and identifying the essential repair works that will need to be carried out.
I recently had a drain emergency on Sunday 10th December. The engineer (ANDREW) who picked up my job was a gentleman and I just felt I’d drop you a note. He was a really nice bloke and took the time to answer my questions and describe the problem while still being efficient and getting it all sorted very quickly. Guys like this are not only professional and courteous but they are ambassadors for the brand and I couldn’t be happier to recommend or use Dynorod again based on the service I received today from Andrew. We have used recently the services of Dyno-Rod and I found their service was absolutely top class. The business owners were very personable, they came to solve an issue for us and were professional in their approach, reasonably priced and I have no hesitation in recommending them for any work.
We have used Dyno-Rod for the last 10 years and they have always been extremely efficient, reliable and good value for money.
The problem that our blocked drains posed to Dynorod was both a challenging and complex one to say the least. The original pipes and drainage system external to our house are greater than 100 years old, comprised of porcelain. The drains were embedded with tree roots and various other debris.
We called Dynorod on a Bank Holiday when we were first alerted to the issue and had a representative with us within the hour, the responsiveness and professionalism of the entire team were second to none. We were presented with a cost-effective solution that permanently resolved the issue and brought our drainage systems up to current standard requirements. This was achieved in a very timely manner, the team worked through inclement conditions to ensure that our household was minimally impacted.
I would highly recommend Dynorod for a holistic approach from root cause identification to resolution of issue. Fantastic service and professional team who went beyond all expectations.
Sam Crowley of Dyno-Rod clearly knows his stuff! He was able to explain every aspect of what he was doing to check every inch of pipework under the house using specialist equipment and a solid understanding of what needed to be looked at. In fact, he explained what seemed to be very technical to my 4-year old son who found it fascinating of course, especially when he got to see the underneath of the house pipes on CCTV.
Dyno-Rod are a highly professional company, with pride in their business and customer service is paramount to them. I have been very impressed with their handling of both the job itself and us as a family and would have no hesitation in recommending Dyno-Rod to any business or domestic challenge related to drain, pipes, sewers, grease traps or septic tanks. Dyno-Rod quickly identified the issue and has been able to provide a solution to us that will enable the challenges we have been having with the drainage to disappear.
We were entitled to feel a little self-satisfied on the Saturday night of the June Bank Holiday weekend at our holiday home in Schull. The builders had finished the extension; the landscapers had done a wonderful job in creating a ‘mature’ garden in under a week and the first of our 30 odd guests had arrived for the celebration party.
6.30 PM, right on schedule, apron on, I was starting up the barbeque when one of the guests spotted waste backing up in the drainage system, right in the centre of our new patio area! Disaster! We had planned everything for months and this was supposed to be a celebration with family and friends.

We discovered a problem with our sewerage drain and rang your number yesterday afternoon. The man who answered our call said that someone would be with us within the hour. Twenty minutes later there was a call to our door. This friendly man came in, inspected the problem and told us what he proposed doing. He proceded in doing the job. He freed the blockage, swept and hosed down the surrounding area and was gone within 20 minutes. I would like to have our satisfaction recorded. The speed friendliness and professionalism in which the job was carried out was praiseworthy.
