We can help you find your drains. Whether you are looking at a new home, selling one, repairing a drainage issue or trying to locate an odour, we have the technology to help you get things done efficiently and affordably.

What is Drain Tracing?

In the past, if you didn’t know the layout of your pipework, you would often have to lift a shovel and start digging. Today, it’s possible to use a series of systems together to isolate the location of your drains. Our drain tracing solution uses our sonde systems with water jetting and CCTV; we can create an accurate map of your system, accurate to depths of up to fifteen metres. Because our system uses the pipe itself, there’s no need for digging, and we don’t have to worry about interferences disrupting our accuracy.

Find Your Drainage Issues with a CCTV Survey

You may have an intermittent issue with your drains that nothing seems to solve. When this occurs, we can quickly perform a CCTV Survey to check out the condition of your drainage system. The most reliable way to source an issue is with our own eyes. Sending a camera down the pipework allows us to locate cracks, damaged joints, deformities and other issues that can create havoc on your system. Once we have identified the cause of your issues, we can then advise you on the best options for solving the issue, which can be performed by our drain repair team.

What if There’s an Issue?

Materials technology have come on leaps and bounds over recent years. We’ve been staying abreast of innovations that might positively benefit our clients, reduce costs, reduce disruption, and reduce inefficiencies. If we encounter an issue with your drains, we have a series of drain repair techniques, such as pipe relining, which allows us to repair the damage without digging up your floors or damaging your walls. And very often, these solutions are also much faster and much cheaper and provide a long-term solution that’ll last for decades.
