We are currently going through unprecedented times as the Covid 19 situation evolves.
As an essential service we have taken extra measures to keep our staff & customers safe while still running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week keeping Ireland’s drains flowing.
These measures include:
• All technicians are equipped with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Payment for services can be done online or a link sent through text message to pay online so there is no need to handle cash
• A signature is not required on dockets at the end of the job. The docket is photographed & emailed to customers on-site. Alternatively, our technicians can put the docket through the post box without the need for a signature
• And all our team are adhering to HSE Guidelines
With people spending so much time at home it’s more important than ever that our customers pipes, sinks, toilets & drains are working correctly. To provide this vital service to the Irish public we have taken the measures above to ensure services can be provided safely & with no contact necessary.
