Dyno-Rod have provided a full suite of Fat’s, Oil’s & Grease (FOG’s) Management services for over 20 years to a wide variety of customers. From domestic units to full scale industrial installations, Dyno-Rod ensures the best level of quality and service available on a national level.
Dyno-Rod’s BioFlo Grease Trap Maintenance team is led by a team of Mechanical, Civil & Environmental Engineers and staffed by experienced operators who have been a part of our organisation for many years. Many of our customers have been with us for many years and we have developed great working relationships with them. We can meet any requirements your facility has to minimise the impact that this essential maintenance may have on your staff or customers.
Dyno-Rod can size, supply, install and maintain a grease trap for your facility. By adhering to the IS EN 1825 standard, we strive to ensure your compliance with Irish Water & Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) standards. We can offer the latest technological advancements that reduce the risk of spillages when emptying the trap or actively monitor levels within the trap to alert you to when it needs to be emptied. Grease traps can be supplied for above ground or underground, in carparks or maintenance areas, and if none of these suit we can customer design a unit to go where you would like it to.
Dyno-Rod utilise an automatic dosing system to deliver our BioFlo Bacterial Dosing solution to grease traps daily so you don’t need to. This bacteria activates once it enters the grease trap and actively consumes a portion of the FOG’s present in the trap, and once the process is completed the only by products are water and Carbon Dioxide. This process actively reduces the loading on the grease trap and when teamed up with regular de-sludging provides the best possible service your FOG’s management system can have.
